EID DELIVERY

  • All remote cities (except Jeddah, Riyadh & Dammam): Order your gifts by 11.30am on 4th April to receive it on time before Eid.
  • Jeddah & Dammam: Order your gifts by 11.30am on 6th April to receive it on time before Eid
  • Riyadh: Order your gifts by 11.30am on 7th April to receive it on time before Eid.

    • Please note that all orders placed after the above cut-off times will be delivered within 7 days after Eid.


    SHIPPING

    • Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 3 days in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam and within 5 days in all other cities.
    • This website delivers to the Saudi Arabia only.
    • If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

    • Cash on delivery is charged at 20 SAR.

    RETURNS  POLICY

    • Please note due to health and safety we do not provide returns or exchanges on our products. A return and refund will only be considered if the item(s) are deemed faulty. Please contact our customer care team for refund enquiries. .

     REFUND  POLICY

    • Once the product is returned to our warehouse in the required condition, we treat the refund directly through the payment method used for placing the order.
    • If you paid by credit card, the value of the products returned will be credited to your card.
    • If you paid by cash on delivery, the value of products returned will be transferred to you via bank transfer.
    • The refunds can take up to one month to be completed depending on the working process and rules of the courier company and logistics. We thank you for your understanding.
    • We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our return policy
    • In case you used a promotion code on your order, please note that the value of the promotion code is divided up proportionally among the total number of items on the receipt. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied.

    • Please keep this original receipt for Exchange or Refund.
    • Exchange with be given within 7 days and refund will be given within 3 days of purchase date.
    • Merchandise must be in an unused saleable condition, in original packing and with original price tag. In case of sealed product, merchandise must still be in sealed condition.
    • In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept any exchange or refund of unsealed cosmetics or used products.
    • The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method CASH/CARD returns
